RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return window (excluding on-sale items). This 30-day return window begins when your package has been delivered to you.
- In order to be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase (order number) and the product must be unused with the tag still attached to the product.
- Item(s) must be returned in original packing sleeve (clear bag with ziploc).
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
- When returning, you must provide proof of shipment transaction along with the tracking number.

If your return is accepted, we will let you know via email. Your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card (or other form of payment) in a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, your item(s) will be returned back to you.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong size or color, we gladly accept exchanges.
- Exchanges are only eligible for the same item in an alternate size or color.
- If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, we will provide a refund.
- If you return an item, shipping costs are not covered.
- We do not accept exchanges after the 30-day refund period.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your order for any damages or issues immediately. We must be notified of any defects or damages within 60 days of delivery. Any claims made beyond those 60 days will not be eligible for replacement. If we made a mistake with your order, or there is any other issue, please email us.
